直接甲醇燃料电池温度响应的建模与仿真

给出了一种用于直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)温度响应的人工智能建模方法.采用BP网络、Elman神经网络与自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)避免了精确数学模型的复杂性.详细描述了辨识结构、算法和模型训练方案.通过不同模型之间的仿真对比,得出了三种网络的最优结构参数.仿真结果满足精度要求,得出ANFIS模型性能最优.在ANFIS模型基础上对DMFC温度响应特性作了简要分析.通过仿真模型可快速得到其输入输出特性,使DMFC温度响应的在线预测与控制成为可能.     

Relationship between lectin-affinity granules in anuran embryos and formation of primordial germ cells

Summary Embryos of the anuran,Rana nigromaculata, contained granules with a specific affinity for Con A and GS-I. Larvae derived from embryos injected with these lectins had a noticeable reduction in both the number and size of primordial germ cells (PGCs). This observation suggests that the granules are somehow involved in the formation of PGCs.     

光伏电池相对光谱响应测试方法的研究

给出了光伏电池的相对光谱响应的脉冲光源测试法，相应的测试装置无需锁相放大器和斩波器．测试方法新颖，测试仪器简单可靠，为光伏电池参数的工程测试提供了一种有效的手段．     

Increased angiogenesis in diabetes

Summary Rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus showed a 3.4–4.5 times increased angiogenic response following mast-cell activation in situ as compared with age-matched normal controls. The test tissue used was the mesenteric window, which we have previously exploited as a quantitative angiogenesis assay. In the present study two idependent techniques for quantifying the angiogenic response showed essentially the same result. The finding of a pathologically increased angiogenic reaction in the diabetic animals is noteworthy since some of the most harmful complications of diabetes in man relate to proliferative vascular lesions.     

基于ANFIS的油耗特性建模及燃油经济性仿真

根据试验数据对发动机燃油消耗特性进行回归分析是一种常用的方法，但存在建模精度不足的缺点．采用MATLAB提供的自适应神经模糊推理系统ANFIS对NJG415汽油发动机油耗特性进行建模，在此基础上对装有该发动机的NJ6400GHR旅行车燃油经济性进行仿真，并与回归方法进行对比分析．研究表明ANFIS具有很好的逼近非线性特性的能力，具有较高的建模精度，可用于非线性系统的建模和仿真．     

Morphogenesis of human colon cancer cells with fetal rat mesenchymes in organ culture

Summary The morphogenesis and cytodifferentiation of human colon cancer cells (LS174T and HT29) were examined by combining cancer cells with fetal rat digestive-tract mesenchyme in organ culture. LS174T cells migrated into the mesenchyme to form glandular structures composed of single columnar cells with their nuclei oriented basally, while HT29 cells formed cell masses with little lumen formation. Immunohistochemical studies with antibodies against carcinoembryonic antigen and secretory components showed that the composition of cell surface glycoproteins was not necessarily reversed to the normal type, even when neoplastic cells exhibited normal glandular structures.This work was supported by grants-in-aid for Cancer Research from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Culture, Japan, and by the Veterans Administration Medical Research Service, USA. ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞以劳氏肉瘤病毒（ＲＳＶ）经温度敏感突变株转染形成的细胞株ｔｓＬＡ９０，细胞在允许温度（４０℃）时为正常表型，在允许温度（３３℃）下为转化表型。４０℃时，微丝分布发达，从４０℃移至３３℃１ｈ，微丝完全解聚，同时，其外基质成分纤粘蛋白（ＦＮ）亦相伴解聚。若在４０℃以外源性ＦＮ或对蛋白激酶Ｃ（ＰＫＣ）具有抑制作用的三氟拉嗪进行预处理后，再转入３３℃时便能抑制微丝的解聚。结果提示，除ＲＳＶ     

Colchicine Inhibited the Expression of Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloprotenase-1 and Interleukin-6 in Cultured Activated Hepatic Stellate Cells

Cultured HSCs were treated colchicine with different concentrations for 12 h, respectively. The effects of eolehicine on HSCs growth were measured by MTT assay. Effects of eolchicine on gene expression of HSCs were analysed by using a self-made oligonucleotide mieroarray. Colehieine inhibited HSCs growth in a dose-dependent manner. After 12 h of treatment with 6.25 mg/L of colehicine, the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloprotenase-1 （TIMP-1） and the expression of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in HSCs were downregulated by 2.3 folds and 2.1 folds, respectively. These results suggest that colchieine＇s beneficial effects may, at least in part, owe to the inhibitory to the proliferation of HSCs and down regulation of the expression of both TIMP1 and IL-6 in HSCs.     

电动势法测定冰晶石-氧化铝熔体中Al_2O_3的平衡分解电压

本文利用测量电池电动势的方法,求出了溶解在冰晶石熔体中的Al_2O_3(饱和)的平衡分解电压(E°T),并依此算出了其标准生成自由能变化(△G°T),将实测结果与理论计算做了对比,得出偏差为0.4—0.9％。     

Ciliated fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells in the rat uterus

Summary Ciliation in endometrial fibroblasts and myometrial muscle cells of the rat was examined by transmission electron microscopy. Quantification of the number of ciliated cells during the estrus cycle did not show any firm relationship between cilation and ovarian hormonal activity. In the case of most cilia, there is a spatial relationship between their basal centrioles and the Golgi complex, so that a Golgi-cilium complex is created. A possible role of ciliation in uterine fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells is discussed.
